How long does it take to close on a mortgage?
There are a number of factors that affect closing times.
It typically takes 30 days to close on a mortgage once all of the requested documentation is received. In some cases, closing can take as much as 45-60 days. Our mortgage team will work with you throughout the process and provide you with an expected timeframe to close.
