Putting a temporary freeze on your Peach State Debit Card is a great security feature that you can control in Online and Mobile Banking.
You can freeze and unfreeze your debit card easily, whether you want to determine when your card can be used or if you think you’ve misplaced it. Quickly freeze it in Online/Mobile Banking any time of the day, or contact our Call Center at 678.889.4328 or 855.889.4328.
Freezing Your Card in Online Banking
- Log in to online banking.
- Click “Debit/ATM Card Management” from the side menu bar.
- Find the card you want to freeze and click “Lock Card”.
- Confirm you want to lock the card.
- The status of the card will change to "Card Locked".
- When you want to turn the card back on, simply click “Unlock Card” then confirm you want to unlock it.
Freezing Your Card in Mobile Banking
- Log in to the Peach State Mobile Banking app.
- Click “Debit/ATM Card Management” at the bottom.
- Find the card you want to freeze and click "Lock Card".
- Confirm you want to lock the card.
- The status of the card will change to "Card Locked".
- When you want to turn the card back on, simply click “Unlock Card” then confirm you want to unlock it.
