  • Summary

    To perform a variety of functions in the E-Commerce/Card Services Department. These functions may include but are not limited to the following: ATM coordinator, ATM reconciliation, Shared Branching, Mobile Check Deposits, Bill Payments, Mobile Banking, Online/Mobile Banking, ATM/Debit and VISA Card production and maintenance, VISA settlement, VISA balance transfers, merchant, and fraud disputes.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Processes one or more of the following within the timeframe required (not limited to just these items): Bill Pay enrollment, monitor Bill Pay transactions as needed, assist members and internal staff with Online/Mobile Banking, address changes, process travel requests, Mobile Provisioning, Opt-in requests, card orders, voice PIN selections.
    • Research problems or questions from members, vendors, or correspondents.
    • Cross trained in team member's daily processes to assist when needed.
    • Completes daily metrics.
    • Maintain files and required documentation.
    • Performs other job or department related duties as assigned.

    Performance Measurements

    • Carryout assigned responsibilities meeting all deadlines with respect to settlement activities, with minimum errors that result in losses to the Credit Union, in accordance with established departmental guidelines. This should be accomplished with zero unresolved errors.
    • Provide friendly, informed, professional, accurate service and support to all members and associates.
    • Complete assigned processes with limited errors while meeting required deadlines and policies.
    • Produce required reports accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Experience | One year to two years of similar or related experience. Proficient in Excel spreadsheets a must.
    • Education | A high school diploma.
    • Interpersonal Skills | Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves considerable personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships or soliciting cooperation. Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Other Skills | 10-key proficiency; must be able to operate general office equipment including calculator, copy machine, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, telephone; required lifting and motions tasks.
    • Physical Requirements | Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. 
    • Work Environment | Hybrid schedule – Primary location Lakes Parkway.

  • Summary

    To assist members with their loan applications; process and make loan disbursements: sets up new accounts, respond to problems, and direct members to the appropriate people.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Takes member loan applications and prepares them for review by a Loan Officer. Follows up with the Loan Officer to determine status. Processes approved loans and sets up date and time to close the loan and make disbursements.
    • Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.
    • Cross-sells Credit Union products and services to members.
    • Answer members phone calls.
    • Scan loan documents with the appropriate agencies.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Performance Measurements

    • To produce loan documents, reports, and new accounts in a timely fashion, with zero errors.
    • To close, organize and complete member loan according to the credit union's lending procedures.
    • To process loan requests in the system so that we may have an answer within 24 hours of receipt.
    • To maintain working knowledge of the credit union's loan standards and governmental regulations.
    • To cross sell credit union products and services.
    • To maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers.
    • To provide prompt, accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional service to all members. (To assist members waiting in the lobby within five minutes; To answer telephone within 4 rings; To respond to all correspondence within the same day).
    • To develop and improve knowledge and skills in Member Service Areas.

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Experience | One year to two years of similar or related experience. 
    • Education | A high school education or GED required.
    • Interpersonal Skills | Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
    • Other Skills | Must have good communication skills. 10-key calculator, typewriter, and keyboard skills.
    • Physical Requirements | Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. May need to stand for long periods of time.
